A founding director of OPRA Psychology Group, Sarah provides strategic management of the Group, while also taking a active role in the operational management of the Wellington office. Sarah’s research interest is in the onboarding of staff and the establishment of practical interventions to maximise employee integration and organisational ROI. Throughout her 20 year career, Sarah has been responsible for the design and delivery of services to an eclectic mix of private and public sector organisations covering all facets of staff selection and the retention of talent. She takes an active role in the quality assurance of any new products OPRA design and managing key supplier relationships.
Long-standing clients exist inside the emergency response, primary industries, and recruitment sector. Sarah is a published author and guest speaker at HRINZ events, and is a past advisor to Auckland University’s Post-Graduate Psychology programme. She is a current member of the Queen Margaret School Board.
