Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University at Buffalo. Since joining OPRA as a Consultant, he has been involved in both the business development and project management end – focusing on delivering sales in new markets and providing psychometric assessment support to clients. He has also been involved in product development for development solutions in the positive wellbeing and career assessment space.
Prior to joining OPRA, Nicholas worked at the Singapore chapter of AIESEC – the world’s largest youth leadership development organisation – and oversaw the delivery of volunteer exchange programs that drive the UN Sustainable Development Goals. He also has experience in conducting training and facilitation at national conferences and attended the 2016 AIESEC International Congress in Poland. Closer to home, Nicholas was also previously involved with a forensic psychology research unit in the government, having conducted research on threat assessment and worked on a criminal profiling event.
Outside of work, Nicholas enjoys hunting for good food and drinks and is an ardent consumer of Game of Thrones and anything superhero-related. As far as travelling goes, skiing and chasing sunsets on road trips are the perfect remedies to his wanderlust.
