Joyce holds a Master of Psychology (Organisational) and Bachelor of Science (Advanced)/Bachelor of Arts from the University of NSW. She previously worked as an Account Manager with a leadership and culture consultancy, and also has experience in market research. Joyce is passionate about the special role that diagnostic tools, such as psychometric assessments, play in helping individuals, teams and organisations achieve their full potential. She enjoys both facilitation/coaching as well as conducting project evaluation studies to validate the impact that projects have on employee wellbeing, team performance and profitability.
In 2013, her interest in team and organisational performance saw Joyce present her thesis research on the effect of different types of brainstorming on team experience and performance at the Australian Psychological Society’s Industrial and Organisational Psychology Conference.
Joyce also holds a Diploma in Violin Performance from the Australian Music Examinations Board, and plays with community string orchestras. Outside work, she enjoys discovering new board games with friends, bushwalking, and working on a crochet project whilst watching a detective TV show.
