Psychometric Assessment Training
In order to use the GeneSys range of assessments, users need to have completed the necessary training in test administration and interpretation. OPRA is a highly respected provider of psychometric assessment training that meets the standards of the British Psychological Society.
Test Administration Training
Test administration training includes specific learning on the rational for using assessments, the importance of test standardisation, responsible use of psychometric tests, and practical quizzes. Trainees have the option to attend our one-day course, or learn by long-distance in their own time (3-4 hours).
Test Interpretation Training (Stage 1)
Test interpretation training is divided into two stages. Stage 1 is a three-day course that includes specific learning around the interpretation of ability and personality assessments, delivery of candidate feedback, reporting, introductory statistics, and practical quizzes.
Test Interpretation Training (Stage 2)
Test interpretation training (stage 2) is a one-day follow-up course, to be attended 3 to 6 months after completion of the Test Interpretation Stage 1 course. Intended to build on learning from Stage 1, this course includes ideal role profiling, utility analysis, and an exploration of a selection of specialist test measures in the GeneSys suite (e.g.,. values, integrity, sales).
