Assessment & Development Centre Training
OPRA provide training courses in assessment centre (AC) and development centre (DC) design and delivery. Training is run consecutively over three days, with day one and two dedicated to AC and DC design, while day three focuses exclusively on assessor training.
Each training course is delivered by Dr. Duncan Jackson in partnership with OPRA. Dr. Jackson holds a Ph.D in AC and DC design and delivery, and is currently the only known person in New Zealand to hold this qualification. Dr. Jackson is sought after for AC and DC work in both the private and public sector, and is a published author in this increasingly popular area of HR practice.
