Since joining OPRA as a junior psychologist, Jia Yin has been involved in conducting psychometric testing for the local civil service, and developing content and training materials for executive coaching and development topics, such as learning agility, negotiation and influence, and leadership. Jia Yin also supports our delivery of Emotional Intelligence Leadership 360 feedback programmes, test administrator training, and psychometric test system accounts for our multinational clients.
Prior to joining OPRA, Jia Yin was involved in survey analysis and the construction of a questionnaire assessing employee mental wellbeing in the workplace. She also has experience in conducting training and workshops for students on a variety of topics such as presentation skills, learning styles, goal setting, and time management.
Jia Yin graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Social Science degree majoring in Psychology, and is currently pursuing her MSc in Occupational Psychology. She is also registered with BPS/EFPA as a qualified Occupational Test User (Ability and Personality) and EuroTest User (Occupational).
In her spare time, Jia Yin enjoys the practice of yoga to keep herself physically and mentally healthy amidst the hustle and bustle of life. She also occasionally performs in a Chinese Orchestra, playing the cello that looks a little too big for someone of her petite stature.
