Psychometric Test Administration Training

Test Administration Training can be completed by distance learning (4 ½ hours approx) or attending our one day course. Learning includes:

• Specific learning on the rational for using assessments

• The importance of test standardisation

• An introduction to the GeneSys suite of assessments

• Responsible use of psychometric tests

• Basic GeneSys system training

On completion participants are qualified to administer OPRA's full range of psychometric assessments.

Psychometric Test Interpretation Training (Stage 1)

Test Interpretation Training is divided into two stages.  Stage 1 is a three day course on the interpretation of psychometric assessments. Learning includes:

• Interpretation of ability and personality assessment results

• Delivery of candidate feedback and reporting

• Introduction to the statistics behind psychometric assessments

• Practical experience in analysing and reporting psychometric assessments

On completion participants are qualified to interpret and provide feedback on assessments under a probationary license. Full accreditation is gained following test interpretation training (Stage 2), which ideally should be completed within 3 - 6 months. Test Administration Training is a prerequisite for this course.

Psychometric Test Interpretation Training (Stage 2)

Test interpretation training (Stage 2) is a 1-day follow-up workshop. This course is intended to build on knowledge gained in test interpretation training (Stage 1) as well as participants' new applied practical experience. Learning includes:

• Discussion of personal experiences using psychometric assessments in the workplace

• Ideal candidate profiling

• Advanced interpretation of supplementary personality profiles

• Interpretation of the VMI, SSI, SPI, and other specialist assessments
