Assessment Centre

A well-designed assessment centre (AC) will incorporate a diverse range of methods for evaluating candidate potential such as; exercises, one-to-one assessments, group simulations, analysis and scheduling exercises, inbox activities and behavioural interviews. At OPRA, we appreciate that designing an AC can be a complex undertaking, which is why this course is designed to be as pragmatic and informative as possible. We aim for immediate application back to the workplace.
