OPRA Train

OPRA provides a comprehensive range of training solutions to support our suite of psychometric and diagnostic assessment and development tools. As well as our popular psychometric courses, we offer training on areas such as assessment centres, career management, emotional intelligence, the Jung Type Indicator, statistical software and structured interviews, to enhance the competent HR professional's toolkit.

Public training courses are available in Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch on a monthly basis, while in-house, customised training options are also available to meet specific needs on request.

Training participants automatically accumulate credits towards a Masterclass certification, which can be used to gain discounts on future training courses and consulting services.

Master Class Certification

OPRA's Master Class programme consists of the many OPRA training courses that relate to functional areas of HR. For every successfully completed course in the programme, participants receive a course-specific certificate and a number of credits, which contribute towards gaining a Master Class certificate.

Credits are cumulative and once a sufficient number have been gained, participants are eligible for different discounts on a wide range of OPRA training and consulting services. There are three levels of certification available as shown in the table below.
