Training Needs Analysis

Training Needs Analysis - also known as TNA - is the formal process of identifying training gaps and training needs within an organisation.  At OPRA we understand that training can be an expensive organisational undertaking, so we take a holistic approach to determining organisational need.  Although there are many questions / issues to consider when completing a TNA, the key components covered by OPRA's approach are outlined below:
