OPRA EvaluateOPRA's approach to evaluation is not simply to gather and summarise information about an evaluation target. Instead, our focus is on the delivery of empirically-driven feedback that links to business outcomes. By gathering 'useful feedback' from a variety of audiences, we can determine whether an organisation's in-house activities are of 'high quality', 'value' and whether they are 'worthwhile'. This assists in drawing conclusions about the quality of in-house interventions, programmes, and / or activities relative to the value of the outcomes achieved. Over ten years OPRA have completed a range of major evaluation projects for clients from the public and private sectors. A selection of these projects is provided below:
OPRA is skilled in the delivery of both formative and summative evaluations. Formative evaluations typically provide advice on how to strengthen or improve existing processes, programmes, or technology. In contrast, summative evaluations focus on examining the effects or outcomes of an evaluation.
