OPRA (Occupational Psychology Research Associates) commenced trading in 1997, and has offices in Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch.

OPRA was established in response to an increasing need for practical human resource solutions that were commercially sound and supported by research.  OPRA has a track record of helping clients to positively shape their future, by delivering customised HR solutions that support strategic organisational goals. OPRA is one of New Zealand's largest, specialist Industrial/Organisational Psychology teams.
