Elizabeth has a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in sociology and art history, an MBA, and a passion for organisational psychology. She is accredited in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and GeneSys suite of tests. Elizabeth joined OPRA Australia after having worked as a Profiler and Account Manager with an Executive Match Making service in Sydney. She also spent many years working in events management and hospitality. With a passion for providing excellent customer service and creating strong teams she has been actively involved with employee training and development in her previous roles and has served on the judging panel for the Australian Customer Service Excellence Awards.
Since her time with OPRA, Elizabeth has worked on numerous projects within both the private and public sector. She believes in an holistic approach and works in partnership with organisations to find sustainable solutions based on their unique needs.
Originally from Minnesota, Elizabeth happily traded her snow boots for sandals over 10 years ago. When not at work you will most likely find her practicing yoga, at the beach, enjoying a long lunch with friends, or jetting off on a plane for a new adventure.
