Preferences measures are designed to assess an individual’s preferential approach to work, their values, morals and working styles and can quickly and accurately assess a candidate’s team or organisational fit. OPRA Consulting provide a range of preference measures which can assess work values, integrity and learning style and can be used for selection, development and team building purposes. These assessments can be completed in pencil and paper format, or on a PC in supervised or unsupervised settings.

Values and Motives Inventory (VMI) The VMI profiles an individual's motivating forces and values, such as the need for independence or the need for security. The VMI can be used for selection, or as a platform for personal development, team building and career development discussions.
*Stanton Survey of Integrity (SSI)* The SSI measures the frequency and magnitude of previous counterproductive behaviour and attitudes, which can predict future counterproductive behaviour. The SSI is a suitable assessment tool for jobs requiring a high level of honesty, integrity and responsibility.
*Learning Styles Inventory (LSI)* The LSI is a self development tool that identifies an individual's most and least preferred method of learning. Comprehensive reporting outlines methods for maximising learning potential and utilising strengths and weaknesses to learn effectively and improve performance.
