Who are we?
OPRA (Occupational Psychology Research Associates) commenced trading in 1997, and has offices in Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch.
OPRA was established in response to an increasing need for practical human resource solutions, that, while commercially sound, were also supported by robust research. OPRA has a track record of helping clients to positively shape their future, by delivering customised HR solutions to support the recruitment and development of staff and strategic organisational goals. OPRA is one of New Zealand's largest specialist Industrial/Organisational Psychology firms, with a permanent team of 12 employees, supporting approximately 300+ clients, both locally and internationally.
